COVID-19 Update BIBI Healthcare will provide the staff to fulfil care shifts. Your staff maybe off due to self isolation or be unable to come in to cover bank shifts or their fixed rota.  NO contract needed, we can supply the staff and do all the paperwork after the dust has settled. Our staff our aware of hand washing procedures, using Personal protective Equipment (PPE )and Using Gloves and face masks and disposable aprons, that must be disposed correctly.

Staff are currently allocated to specific care homes and therefore we may not be able to fulfil shifts for adhoc one off assignments for a small number of shifts,  This policy allows us to protect your home and our staff. This is regularly reviewed and revised therefore email us to find the current position. We understand that national restrictions have been eased in regards to COVID however we will try and keep HCA’s at the same care settings. we want you and your residents to be assured that we take infection control very seriously.
